Visas Arrived!

Our visas have arrived!  Today I called the embassy in Washington and they were there!  So our journey begins.  It looks like we will be leaving, Lord willing, March 28th for Mongolia.  "He has made everything beautiful in His time!" (Ecclesiastes 3:11) His timings are perfect.  Truly we couldn't have left sooner without being totally stressed out and hurried.  This is perfect and we see His crowning kindness on us in so many ways.

I am also reminded of Isaiah's word, "this is the way, walk ye in it" (Isaiah 30:21) We have seen the Lord's hand from the beginning firstly in our desire to move to Mongolia and in all the process of finding His will and moving in it.  What a wonder it is to walk with God in such a way.  I am also often reminded of Abraham in his journey - how the Lord spoke to him to up and leave his home, his family, and follow Him to an unknown land and he did so in faith that God would perform all that He had promised.  And so, Abraham's walk with God began!  What a beautiful picture of relationship with God we can take away from Abraham's life and testimony.

The Lord gives us His Word, which is Faithful!  This is one reason we will follow Him to the ends of the earth!  Literally!  haha - Mongolia seems like the end of the earth!  However, in my reading recently He blessed me with this verse in Exodus 23:20 - "Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you to the place which I have prepared."  It spoke to my heart deeply and I have stored that there...a word of promise!  He is faithful!

Please keep us in your prayers as we begin this new journey in our lives, that we would fulfill those things which God has set in His heart for us and for those in Mongolia.

I'll keep you posted..............
